The cutting blades of the FLOW-SENTRY™ In-Line Crusher intermesh with a series of stationary bars to crush and break oversize chunks into a consistent, free-flowing material to prevent line blockages and make downstream operations more efficient. The extremely short face-to-face dimension (as little as 2 inches, in some cases) of the patented Flow-Sentry In-Line Crusher makes installation into existing systems easy.
The FLOW-SENTRY™ can be installed in vertical or horizontal pipelines from 2” to 20” diameter and is suitable for gravity, liquid or pneumatic (dry powder) systems. Most materials of construction and numerous design options are available.
