Custom Coiling

The flexibility to pull, twist, stretch, or bend a section of tubing is often a must in many manufacturing processes. Coiled tubing can be the solution. By taking flexible, semi-rigid, or rigid material and wrapping it into a coil, extraordinary flexibility can be achieved. Coiled tubing and hose is used in industries such as food and beverage, robotics, laboratories, and as supply lines for air and various fluids.

To help meet the ever-increasing number of requests for coiled tubing, NewAge Industries recently acquired additional equipment to quickly and easily produce custom coils of nylon or polyurethane. Each material is permanently heat set into retractable coils and retains excellent coil memory. Standard coils of Teflon are also available with our COILTEF(TM) line. Tubing of Teflon may also be custom coiled to your required needs -- call for details.
