Graymont Western is dedicated to the production and supply of high quality calcium oxide products to its customers. This is achieved through the professional service of a helpful sales and technical staff. The company operates four plants in western Canada and four plants in the western United States. These plants are strategically located, allowing most customers to be serviced by more than one plant, ensuring backup for full coverage and quick service in critical and emergency situations. The US and Canadian plants have an installed capacity of over 2,500,000 tons of quicklime per year. Graymont Western is part of the Graymont family of lime companies which includes Graybec Calc Inc. Graybec operates three lime plants and quarries in Quebec, Canada with total installed capacity of 730,000 tonnes(803,000 tons) per year of quicklime.
