Hex Valve has developed a Close-Coupled System that incorporates standard valving in special configurations as a solution to your piping problems.

The system is targeted at settling the problem with long impulses, which may help users to obtain higher levels of transmitter performance and measurement system reliability, but result in high maintenance costs and reduced accuracy due to the prevalence of freezing, leaking, plugging or hydrostatic errors.

The Hex Valve Close-Coupled System provides a solution to these traditional piping problems. By offering a variety of components including root isolation valves, futbols, and manifolds in addition to optional accessories including bleed plugs and tees, Hex Valve can provide custom mounting configurations for all differential pressure transmitters.

The Hex Close-Coupled System consists of two Root Isolation Valves (Model HG47, a medal seated, roddable valve, and Model HG65, a medal seated valve), two futbols (MSW x Flange), and one Instrument 3-Valve Manifold (HM54) with flanged process and instrument connections. The system also offers options of bleed plugs or tees, provision for external pressure gauge, and provision for second transmitter or gauge pressure transmitter. Other customizations are also provided.
