In the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, gear pumps are preferred over other positive displacement pumps because of their high reliability and performance. The capacity of this pump delivers rates up to 300 gpm, at temperatures to 300 º F/150 º C, and with viscosities ranging from 1 in excess to 1,000 cP. The maximum discharge pressure is 375 psi. The exclusive use of corrosion-resistant materials makes the self-lubricating pump a solution for virtually all applications.

The pumps are readily connected with a required drive system for application needs. For special applications, a fully encapsulated version is available in both transfers and metering systems. The pump provides a solution to chemical and industrial processing applications fitted with a high-torque magnetic coupling.
