Biocentric Energy Awarded Initial Crude Palm Oil Contracts

Tampa, FL - BioCentric Energy, Inc. ("BCEI" or "the Company"), formally Nano Chemical Systems Holding, Inc., announced the approval by the Company's Board of Directors of two Bio-feedstock contracts. The following is a brief description of the combined contracts:

BCEI has executed two 12-month Crude Palm Oil (CPO) contracts with combined value to the energy market of US$828,800,000. The Company anticipates the potential for revenue recognition in excess of $6,000,000 during the duration of the contract.

Shipments will commence in November 2007. The first shipment will be 85,000 Metric Tons (MT) of CPO. The remaining 11 monthly shipments will be 110,000 MT per month. BCEI's CPA Firm will serve as paymaster with regards to the complete transaction.
