Basic Envirotech Inc. manufactures Boiler and Combustors for solid waste materials. The patented high efficiency combustion process burns solid waste materials with better combustion and emission efficiencies than a natural gas fired furnace. Use of cellulose based waste materials as fuel reduces greenhouse gases, which come from burning of fossil fuels. The BASIC® system is uses an all-dry scrubbing filter process to collect non-combustible components from the flue gas stream.

During the development of the patented BASIC® technology, over 100 systems have been installed for large corporations, municipalities and health care institutions. Today, BASIC® combustion systems are used in a wide range of applications, from low calorific value, high moisture materials to high calorific plastics and rubber materials. Medical wastes, municipal solid waste (MSW), scrap wood, industrial wastes, and even whole tires can be used as the primary fuel source. Basic Envirotech Inc. offers Pulse Hearth® Boilers and Combustor systems ranging from 100 kg/h to 200 TPD of input capacity in standard sized systems.

We supply replacement parts and components, technical support, equipment upgrades, and assistance in compliance matters. Our experience and know-how regarding combustion of solid wastes can be adapted to the various technologies that exist in today's marketplace. In particular, we are able to provide upgrades and compliance services for facilities affected by the HMIWI regulations on medical waste incinerators.
