AF Series tubular backwashing pressure filters are a new alternative for fluid handling systems requiring continuous, uninterrupted flow.
Pressurized, unfiltered liquid flows from the common inlet header through permanent, cleanable filter elements while the filtered liquid discharges to the common outlet header. Unwanted solids remain on the outside of the filter element. Tubular filter elements are cleaned in place, one station at a time, to maintain continuos flow.
These filters handle fluids pressurized up to 250 psi. Four optional filter media are wire mesh, perforated, slotted and fabric offer retention capability from 10 mesh (1650 micron) to 1.0 micron.
