The 750 liter stainless steel IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers) available for rent from CCR are stackable for cost efficient shipping and storage. They are specifically designed to fit two high in a standard trailer for efficient return of empty containers to the shipping facilities. Designed slightly wider at 1140 mm (44.88 inches) these stainless steel bins accommodate a full 750 liters (198 gals). Ideally suited for servicing customers located a substantial distance from your facilities whose material handling needs require the integrity, quality, and durability of a stainless steel aseptic pressure container.
This container offers all the features of its larger cousin the versatile 800 liter stainless steel IBC offered by CCR, including:
- working pressure of 1 bar – test pressure of 2 bar
- available with round legs for easy cleaning and a stable footprint, or with tube legs for consistency of design with existing fleets
- easy full discharge through the utilization of top filled pressure
- stackable 3 high full, 4 high empty
- fork lift channels and 4-way access
- manway with 6 bolts, brass nuts
- bottom drain 2 1/2" butterfly valve
- 120° bottom discharge cone
- heating, insulation, and jacket options
- adaptability as a mixer or blender
Chemical containers are also available from 4 bar to 160 bar of pressure in sizes 450 liters to 12,000 liters.
