The Ram Type Drain Valve features a fully retractable piston that allows for free flow when opened. It extends into the vessel when closed to prevent clogging by dislodging accumulated sludge.
The valve is equipped with stationary sealing rings to prevent leaking and automatically clean the piston. Its closed bonnet assures perfect piston alignment and protection of the stem and piston. It also features a cast body and is available in hand, hydraulic, air or air-motor operated models.
