A six-page brochure the company describes special features of their convective dryers for the chemical industry. Entitled "Thermal Processing Technology for Batch and Continuous Applications", the literature says the company's versatile conveyor dryers are suitable for virtually any thermal application.

The brochure focuses on the company's widely used conveyor dryers, available in pedestal- or floor-mounted configurations. The company says its technology features compact, space-saving design; robust construction for long service life; low maintenance requirements; and high-energy thermal technology efficiency.

Air-handling features include a custom-engineered gradient plenum that uniformly distributes air across the length and width of the conveyor, backward-inclined centrifugal fans with belt-drive motors and heavy-duty shafts, and variable temperature, velocity and air flow direction.

The brochures also notes that the company's conveyor dryers can accommodate virtually any type of heat source, and that direct, indirect or heat recovery systems can be specified. The dryers come with a choice of apron styles, including the company's patented slip hinge apron, perforated aprons, supported wire mesh and fabric belts. Numerous enclosure construction features are also detailed in the brochure.
