Non-Contact Mass Flow Meter
The meter measures the solid particulate flow through process lines, gravity or pneumatic. Flow measurement of 0 to more than 300,000 lbs/hr can be achieved by using a low energy microwave device that measures the intensity of reflected Doppler-shifted energy.
A patented design is used and coupled with a unique algorithm to provide a measurement for achieving instantaneous or totalized mass flow rates.
An easy-to-read LED output displays, in pounds, material flow rate and material total. The unit is easy to install and low in cost to maintain.
The flow meter can be manufactured in carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum, in line sizes from 2 ½ in. to 24 in. with custom designs and materials of construction also available. The installation temperature range is –10°F to +145°F with options for process temperatures to 300°F and pressures to 150 PSIG.
