The company offers two gas blenders for food packaging applications. The Model 7000 delivers up to 7000 SCFH and the Model 5000 delivers up to 5000 SCFH of blended gas.
- These blenders are available as pre-engineered systems with a 1-2 week delivery. They can be customized to meet special requirements of flow, pressure, blend ratios and gas types. Blend accuracy is ± 1%.
- Both blenders can deliver a mix of 0 to 50% N2 in CO2. The mix ratio can be set and varied by the operator.
- Each unit is provided with a thermal conductivity gas analyzer to monitor the blend gas composition. Low and high level alarms are available as options.
- Nominal inlet pressure for both blenders is 125 psig, nominal outlet pressure is up to 75 psig. Higher pressures are available as custom designs.
