National Liquid Blasting Corporationtion's Spin Jet crawler automates the preparation of tanks, ship hulls and other large, vertical surfaces with ultra-high pressure water jets. The SRT-10 unit systematically removes coatings with rotating water jets, saving operators the effort of hand lancing.
This unit works with a vacuum recovery system, which collects water and debris as it works. Its design combines the vacuum recovery with rotating Spin Jet technology in a way that prevents hoses from kinking. This product is maneuverable and requires little manual touch-up.
The crawler operates at a maximum pressure of 40,000 psi (2,800 bar), with a maximum flow of just 6 gpm (23 lpm). The water is supplied by an NLB Ultra-Clean 40 ultra-high pressure pump unit. The system includes winches and a full-function remote control.
