Charles Ross Introduces Special 1000-Gallon Triple Shaft Mixer

Charles Ross & Son Company has announced the completion of a unique Triple Shaft Mixer.

The new mixer Model CDA-1000 was designed for a high viscosity paste mixing application. The unit includes three agitators, each with independently variable speed drives. The helical anchor contains scrapers, and is driven by a 60 hp motor. The two high-speed dispersers are each driven by 200 hp motors to handle high viscosity materials.

To further enhance the mixers versatility it was designed for vacuum operation, a jacket for heating and cooling, complete control console and stainless steel wetted surfaces. The agitators can be fully raised from the mix vessel to enable complete cleaning and inspection between batches.
