Thermal Mass Flow Meters/Controllers - 4800 Series
The Brooks® 4800 Series of mass flow meters and controllers is an excellent choice for measurement and control of many common gases. It offers a broad flow range, fast response time, compact size, and many other benefits for a variety of applications. The 4800 Series utilizes a Micro Electric Mechanical (MEMS) based thermal sensor that achieves extremely fast response times. It is ideally suited for OEMs.
A paradigm shift is taking place today and FDA regulations that once restricted change are now enabling the adoption of new technology by the pharmaceutical industry. This change increases the need for an automation and control system that can support process control and knowledge management for better product quality and faster delivery.
CHEM SHOW ’99: A cold jacketed Wet Electrostatic Precipitator, Condensing WESP, incorporates a prescrubbing section to eliminate odor, while an associated cooling tower continuously cools the scrubbing liquid to maintain odor control at the highest level of performance.
ABB introduces the V-master vortex-shedding flowmeter, which is able to measure liquid, gas, and steam and is suited for applications

The LMS100 is a magnetically actuated single pole double throw switch. When the LMS100 is mounted on a KM26 Magnetic liquid level indicator, LS Series Cage Level switch or an external chamber that contains a magnetic float, it can sense high or low point levels within a vessel.

Amazon filter bags are designed to withstand 70- to 100-psi bursts of compressed air in the cleaning cycle

This easy-to-use system has been proven effective in containing active pharmaceutical ingredients and other hazardous compounds. This system uses a five-liner canister, which will allow up to five contained changes of the 30' packs before cleaning or canister recovery is required.

Valve closes when energized and opens when de-energized. When the coil is energized the plunger presses the poppet, closing the pilot orifi ce, and opens a bleed passageway to permit pressure to build above the piston and seat it. Upon de-energizing the coil, the pilot orifice is opened, relieving the pressure above the piston allowing it to leave its seat. The bottom spring allows the valve to operate at zero pressure drop.
