Vapors from the batch or continuous cookers in the rendering industry require equipment that differs from normal steam condensers. Easy removal cover plates on the headers allow for quick and simple inspection and cleaning of the inside of the condensers.
The condensers are designed so that start-up and shut-down is possible under freezing conditions, without damaging the condensers. Materials for tubes, headers and gaskets are selected to withstand the aggressive vapors.
The design of the condensers has been developed in cooperation with the rendering industry.
