The PP Series 250 VN made by Alexanderwerk is the best roller compactor available for economic compaction of raw materials, with a throughput of up to 5,000 kg/hr.
Alexanderwerk have been developing and producing roller compactors for the chemical and natural resources industries since the 1970s. The PP Series is a completely new generation of heavy-duty roller compactors developed from long-standing experience.
To achieve a high compacting output, the two rollers of the compacting unit mounted between bearings are each driven by two gear motors on either side, left and right. This guarantees high energy input into the rollers for even higher rotational speeds. The high material flows are fed to the vertical rollers through the Combi Vent-Feeder® System patented by Alexanderwerk, which comes with this machine as a standard. Moreover, the feed unit is a vacuum design as a standard so that conveying characteristics are improved, and the throughput is increased.
