The Accu-Portion modular weighing system is designed to provide efficient ingredient proportioning with reduced batch times and less floor space, while providing the highest weighing accuracy. Each module can feed and weigh from 1 to 6 ingredients. Modules can be combined to provide 24 or more ingredients within a single system. Continuous weigh blending can be provided when modules are integrated with a continuous mixing system. Sterling's control system provides the highest accuracy and speed.
