Max-Load liquid filtration systems feature a family of bag and cartridge filters with increased filter media surface areas.
Max-Load liquid filtration systems feature a family of bag and cartridge filters with increased filter media surface areas. By maximizing the surface area of the filter media, the bags and cartridges provide greater solids loading capacities and longer run times. Also, the filters are absolute rated filters, so they remove a much higher percentage of contaminants (from 94% to 99.9%) over their lifetime.

The Series 700 cartridges utilize a pleat-and-channel design which allows them to capture and hold up to 70 time more dirt than ordinary pleated cartridges. Because of their greater surface area and dirt holding capacity, the cartridges provide longer cartridge life, fewer changeout, and lower disposal costs. They are available in two flow configurations, inside out and outside in, to accommodate existing filter system piping.

All bag filter incorporate melt-blown polypropylene microfibers. This ensures consistent particle removal at a given micron rating throughout each bag and from one bag to the next. Series 100 bags feature one or more layers of filter medium between the inner and outer support layers. They are available in 1 to 25 micron ratings, and they have an efficiency rating of 94%. Utilizing a multi-layer, graded density design, Series 500 bags provide progressive levels of finer and finer filtration. These bags offer filtration efficiency of up to 99.9%, and they provide up to 35 square feet of surface area for extremely high dirt loading capacity.

Available in single, plex, or multi-bag configuration, the filter housings are specifically designed to optimize the performance of the bag and cartridge filters. The housings help to ensure that the filtration system provides consistent performance without bypassing or leaking. Positive O-ring sealing prevents external leakage, and the top of the filter medium tightly conforms with a precisely machined groove when the lid is shut, preventing bypassing. The housing also feature stainless steel bag support rings to prevent corrosion and bypassing, and they include spiral welded support baskets for greater strength.
