This industrial batch paddle-style mixer with durable, carbon steel finish was custom designed to mix detergent pellets for diesel additives at a 60 cu. ft. mixing capacity. It features an 8" butterfly discharge valve with handle for controlled product discharge. A custom built inlet is designed to interface with the mating equipment on site. An internal liquid spray manifold system provides for additive dispersion for this application. Bolted paddle blades allow for field adjustments and easy replacement. Our batch and continuous style mixers are available in carbon steel or corrosion resistant stainless steel. Equipment designs with high intensity choppers for size reduction or dispersion of minor ingredients are available. Atomized spray manifolds can be designed for coating or agglomeration of ingredients.
