The company's Series 72 Electri-Safe actuator is a patented, electro-hydraulic unit that offers powerful, compact and economical electric actuation while meeting safety requirements. The unit offers a cost-effective and reliable alternative to spring-return pneumatic actuation for quarter-turn valves and dampers. A maintenance-free, no reservoir hydraulic system allows it to be mounted in any position.

The actuator delivers fail safe action, open or closed, on power failure with fast moving valves closure in as little as one second. Additional features include simple, two-wire 120V AC control and Type 4, 4x, 7, 9 and 12 watertight, corrosion resistant, explosion-proof enclosure. It offers long operational life in temperature ranging from –25°F to 150°F and torque capability up to 900 in/lb.
