Chlorine dioxide system DOSYZON CDJN
The system is operated according to the acid/chlorite method with integrated control equipment. The automatically controlled reaction of the two liquid components hypochloric acid and sodium chlorite produces a chlorine dioxide solution which is virtually free from chlorine. By adding and diluting water simultaneously, it is possible to maintain the maximum reaction concentration.
Directly after its production, the chlorine dioxide is added to the bypass line for further dilution. The required amount of chlorine dioxide is adjusted automatically by changing the number of strokes and is metered into the potable water line in dependence of the water flow.
The system is controlled automatically by means of a continuously working chlorine sensor (including recording). It consists of hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorite storage tanks to be installed in separate locations, and the chlorine dioxide production and metering unit with the metering pumps.
