Turboemulsifier

The 50 liter Turboemulsifier is suitable for the production of smaller production batches or for the development of new products in a pilot plant setting. The TE-50 is constructed entirely of type 316 stainless steel and all surfaces are polished. The inside surfaces are normally provided with a mirror finish whereas the exterior surfaces are polished to 150 grit. This model is designed for full vacuum and internal pressure operation to 42 psi. The mixing vessel is mounted on wheels to permit easy cleaning after the mix cycle is complete.

The agitator combination combines a counter rotating anchor with the centrally positioned high speed, high shear rotor stator mixer head. This allows a user to mix a range of products from very low to high viscosity and to mix small volumes in the same mixer as is designed to handle a full batch.
