Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) - TSE Industries, a leading contract manufacturer of specialty chemicals and PURs, has added a new 3,750-gallon reactor to its state-of-the-art Clearwater, Florida facility.

Reactor 14 is a 3,750 gallon, stainless steel jacketed reactor that integrates state-of-the-art electronics, control systems, pumps, chillers, flow meters, and valves, while providing unparalleled accuracy, consistency, reliability and performance. R14 has an integrated metering system for consistent dosing of a wide range of polyols. Liquid addition and draw off lines are insulated and jacketed to maintain product integrity. Integrated MDI and TDI delivery systems provide super-accurate measured doses.

Drum off from R14 can be configured to accommodate 275-gal totes, 55-gal drums, and 5-gal pails. An integrated wash system fills the reactor at the touch of a button, removing waste through a sophisticated return system.

Reactor R14 is ready to deliver quality and reliability in the contract manufacturing of reactive hot melt adhesives, urethane pre-polymers (MDI, TDI & Aliphatics), pigmented or filled polyurethanes and polyols, liquid urethane adhesives, cast urethanes and modified epoxies.

TSE's on-site Development and Analytical Center (DAC Lab) oversees all aspects of quality control for the firm's contract manufacturing services, from scale-up to in-process testing, to final testing prior to shipment.
