Three-Piece Tube Fittings

The CPI three-piece tube fittings feature an innovative single ferrule design for durable, leak-free seal in process, instrumentation and power system applications. Available in a wide range of sizes, materials and configurations, the fittings provide users with specification flexibility and the assurance of extended product life even under stressful environmental conditions.

The tube fittings are available in sizes from 1/16 in. to 2 in., as well as in metric sizes ranging from 2 mm to 25 mm. All fittings are standard in various materials, including heat code traceable 316 stainless steel, brass, aluminum, nickel-copper, Hastelloy C-276, Alloy 600, and Carpenter 20. Stainless steel nuts are coated with molybdenum disulfide to reduce torque and prevent galling.

The fittings are provided with the company's Suparcase ferrules, which are hardened to increase corrosion resistance in various environments. The ferrules are test-proven to provide a longer service life and reduce the incidence of field product changeouts.

User Flexibility and Convenience
Product specification has been dramatically simplified with the aid of the company's inPHorm program software, which is available in a PC-based CD format for allowing for an easy selection of tube fittings.
