After years servicing an established and loyal customer base, TECNO-MATICTM introduces its own brand name of air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps and parts.

TECNO-MATICTM Pumps effectively apply the engineering principles that differentiate the AODD pump from electrically or fuel driven pumps. The pump is bolted with two diaphragm chambers connected by a rod. Each chamber houses a sealed pumping section that alternately fills with or expels product. Air enters the chamber and exerts pressure on the backside of its diaphragm, forcing fluid through the check valves, into the manifold, and out through the discharge port. When the chamber has been emptied, the rod connecting the two chambers pulls the diaphragm on the other side of the pump inward on a suction stroke, causing the second chamber to fill with fluid, while already suctioned product in the other chamber discharges. With each stroke, one chamber fills and the other empties, allowing for efficient, safe elimination of pumped product.

The AODD pump has a well earned reputation for being the reliable, low maintenance alternative for industrial use. Its high pressure capabilities allow it to pump a variety of materials, from sheer, sensitive liquids to viscous and abrasive slurries. Manufactured without close fitted, sliding, or rotating parts, TECNO-MATICTM Pumps will not wear, tear or erode due to metal to metal friction. And while electrically or fuel driven pumps may cause power failures, emit exhaust and fumes that may prove hazardous in certain work spaces, the air operated double diaphragm pump provides pollution free operation and will not overheat.
