WhirlJet® SprayDry® Nozzles

SK Series SprayDry nozzles for low flow applications, SB Series SprayDry nozzles for medium flow applications and WhirlJet® SprayDry® Nozzles for high volume applications produce a hollow cone spray pattern with a very uniform drop size distribution. Design features of these nozzles result in longer wear life, minimal clogging and reduced maintenance time.

SK and SB Series nozzles are available in different styles. Maximum free passage versions to reduce clogging and contamination, maximum free passage versions with a unique anti-bearding feature to further reduce clogging and a body style that allows tightening by hand to reduce maintenance time are available in addition to the standard SK and SB versions.

Interchangeable cap and cores enable users to obtain the exact performance required by their application and various carbide materials are available to resist corrosion and wear. Whirlchambers and orifices can be made from other materials suited for specific applications.
