Royal Chemical Completes Expansion Of East Stroudsburg, PA, Plant By Increasing Blending Capacity

East Stroudsburg, PA - (Marketwired) - As part of a continued effort to build for the future, Royal Chemical, a company specializing in custom chemical blending, toll blending and chemical manufacturing, recently completed an expansion of its plant in East Stroudsburg, Pa.

To satisfy the needs of its customers, Royal Chemical expanded the plant's capabilities, further increasing its blending capacity.

"This expansion is an example of making sure our customers are taken care of and get exactly what they need," said Mark Rogers, the plant's director of operations. "Not only does this allow us to do more for our current customers, but it also gives us a distinct advantage in blending capacity for future customers."

The East Stroudsburg plant also installed highly advanced computer-automated systems with increased capabilities and production capacity. The new system is sanitary in design and capable of producing material that is micro-sensitive, without the concern for bacterial contamination.

A new reverse osmosis, or deionized, water system was installed, which generates high volume, high-quality, microbe-free water. Before the most recent updates, the plant also installed a high efficiency modulating boiler, which generates steam, using a fraction of the natural gas that was previously required, allowing for maximum use in green energy.

"We are committed to continuously reinvesting and reinventing our company to keep up with the ever-changing direction of our industry," said CEO Dan Zelman. "Our East Stroudsburg plant is a shining example of how our dedication to customer satisfaction is driving our business into the future. Our quality service to current customers should be proof to new and future customers why they should choose Royal Chemical."
