A lube oil conditioner removes free and emulsified water and solid contamination from small turbine and lube oil reservoirs at 1 gpm continuous process rate for permanent off-line installation.

Features and ISO Ratings:

  • 80% emulsified water removal per single pass (influent 5000 ppm water, 200 ssu maximum)
  • 98.7% solide contamination removal (2.8 micrometer absolute rated filters tested per ISO 4572)
  • ISO 16/13 particulate cleanliness
  • Permanent installation
  • Continuous process rate - 1 gpm
  • Reservoir capacity - up to 120 gal
  • Standard oil – Mineral-based turbine oil
  • Nonstandard oils - Requires Kaydon approval
  • Standard voltage - 110 VAC
