This Lab Vertical Blender is designed for vacuum operation and includes a jacketed vessel wall for heating and cooling. A high-speed chopper is also provided in the bottom portion of the side-wall to reduce agglomerates or to control the particle size of a granulate. This blender is supplied complete with controls so that it can be operated immediately upon installation. It is also provided with an automatic raising and lowering mechanism to enhance the charging and discharging of raw materials.
They are available in sizes from one to 500 cubic feet capacity. Materials of construction including stainless steel, carbon steel, and special alloys are available. Designs for sanitary use, atmospheric, vacuum or pressure operation are built with other features being available to meet clients' special process needs.
