In-Line High Shear Mixer

The 400L Mixer Emulsifier is used to develop new processes or for low volume continuous production of high value added products. It is provided with three standard stator heads (disintegrating, slotted, fine screen) to permit the user to fine tune the shear rates to match his specific process requirements. A variable frequency inverter is also available to allow adjustment of speeds up to 10,000 rpm.

Mixer Emulsifiers are also available in a batch configuration with drives through 100 HP. A wide selection of rotor-stator combinations are available. This range of options provides the user with the capability to scale up to the exact batch or in-line model needed for production operations. All units are constructed of Type 316 stainless steel and most are in stock for immediate shipment/ The mixers are available for in-plant trials prior to purchase.
