Union Process, Inc.r continuous mode production, the HAS series of high-speed attritors is used for small particle sized feeds (typically 40 mesh) and micron sized end product. It is also suited for use with fibrous and polymer materials. The attritors offer gross volume capacities of 10.3, 28.6, or 85 gallons. Key features include high-speed, high volume production, a fully jacketed grinding tank, efficient side discharge, exceptionally fine grinding, stainless steel grinding chamber, and an on-board ammeter. TEFC or explosion-proof electricals and a metering pump are optional.
