Ross Introduces New Design of the Laboratory Double Planetary Mixer

The new design includes the 1/2 pint, 1 pint and 1 quart Laboratory Double Planetary Mixers.

The new model is completely enclosed. All components are shrouded for safety and to enhance the overall look of the unit. Included as standard features are many components that were once offered as optional features:

-Reverse vertical lift to raise mix can to mix position -Self contained control panel, single point hook-up -Inverter Duty motors -New stirrer designs -Expanded speed range, constant torque drive -V-belt reduction drive, higher and lower speed ranges -Many new safety features such as two handed raise and lower controls -Close tolerance mix can/hood registration and closer stirrer/can clearances

The "DPM" Model is also available with a new range of optional features including sanitary designs, special benches, and vacuum and pressure sealing options. This mixer is designed to mix much higher viscosities than on previous Double Planetary Models and is equipped with special start under load protection.
