Digital Ultrasonic Inspection System with On-Board Memory

The new Ultraprobe 9000 Digital Ultrasonic Inspection System offers simplified airborne/structure borne ultrasound inspection and data logging. UE Systems new "Spin and Click" technology allows users to quickly locate a desired inspection frequency, adjust headphone volume, store or download data, locate recorded data and enter notes all with just two controls: a dial and a button. It also includes UE Systems UltratrendTm filtration system, which provides clear signal processing and sound recognition. As with other Ultraprobe models, the Ultraprobe 9000 features a metered pistol housing with interchangeable plug-in modules. The patented Trisonic Scanning module for air borne ultrasound scanning and a heavy-duty contact probe for structure borne inspection. All supporting software is on an open platform to work with vibration analyzers and infrared imaging.

Typical applications for the Ultraprobe 9000 cover three main areas: Mechanical inspection, Leak Detection and Electrical Inspection. On-board memory allows inspectors to log in decibel readings as well as specialized notations. The heterodyned output enables users to record sounds for analysis directly to tape recorders, vibration analyzers and computers with sound cards. The Ultraprobe 9000 is supported by a wide selection of specialized accessories, including UE Systems patented Warble Tone Generators and an extended five-year warranty.
