Aurora Capital Group Acquires DuBois Chemicals

Los Angeles, CA /PRNewswire/ - Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm ("Aurora"), today announced that it has acquired DuBois Chemicals, Inc. ("DuBois"), a leading provider of value-added specialty chemical solutions and services, from The Riverside Company ("Riverside").  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
