Burgess Pigments Icecap K are produced in the multihearth calciners. Icecap K is a finer-particle-size, lower-screen-residue product suitable for the wire and cable industry. Icecap K is also suitable in the elastomeric industry in extruded and molded products. Iceburg is suitable for use in paint, paperboard, rubber and plastics applications when the finer screen residue of Icecap K is not required.
