Brochure: Tangential Hollow Cone (302 Series)
The Lechler Tangential Hollow Cone creates a uniform, finely atomized spray. The clog-resistant design of this nozzle creates a hollow cone pattern without a swirl insert. In general, hollow cone patterns in fact create the smallest droplets possible (and thus the finest mist) without the use of compressed air, all other factors being equal.
This tangential nozzle comes standard in either brass or plastic material (PVDF, Nylon, or Polypropylene). A quick disconnect mounting version is also standard and comes in either Nylon or POM material.

- Cooling of extruded plastic pipes
- Foam control
- Dust suppression
