The Lechler Ramp Bottom Hollow Cone spray nozzle creates as fine of a spray (i.e., the smallest droplets) for given flow rates as is possible without the use of compressed air, even at low inlet pressures. That makes it most appropriate when maximum surface area of the sprayed fluid is required for a particular cooling or coating application. This nozzle gets its name from its unique design which contains an internal ramp that projects the fluid into a swirl chamber before it exits the nozzle orifice. The resulting fine droplet spray is uniform in its distribution throughout the pattern. The Ramp Bottom nozzle comes standard in 316 stainless steel.
