Brochure: Axial Full Cone Spray Nozzle (Series 460)
The Lechler Axial Full Cone Series 460 spray nozzle is our most popular full cone nozzle. Its X-style vane creates a uniform full cone distribution of fluid. Incoming liquid divides between the two chambers of the vane, swirls down and crosses like an ‘X' through the nozzle, reunites just before the orifice, and then exits the nozzle to form the full cone pattern.
The Axial Full Cone comes standard in a wide variety of spray angles and flow rates and is available in 316 stainless steel, brass, or PVDF materials.
