The cutting blades of the FLOW-SENTRY In-Line Crusher intermesh with a series of stationary bars to crush and break oversize chunks into a consistent, free-flowing material to prevent line blockages and make downstream operations more efficient. The extremely short face-to-face dimension (as little as 2 inches, in some cases) of the patented Flow-Sentry In-Line Crusher makes installation into existing systems simple and easy.
The FLOW-SENTRY can be installed in vertical or horizontal pipelines from 2" to 20" diameter and is suitable for gravity, liquid or pneumatic (dry powder) systems, and with high speed (for high impact and shear) and low speed (for gentle breaking and limited fines generation) blade rotation.
Most materials of construction and numerous design options are available.
